Q. Is it necessary to create an account with F-Studio?
  • No. To visit the website and browse through it, it is not compulsory to register with us. However, when you make a purchase a quick account creation is done so that you can track your activity and we can serve you better.
Q. Can I buy fabric at Boutique rates from F-Studio?
  • Yes, we have separate rates for boutiques at F-Studio. You can see the details here.
Q. How can I update my contact details?
  • You can visit the profile section on the website and in the Personal Details section, you can click on the pencil to update the details. Alternatively, if you’re unable to do this, please reach us via email at care@fstudio.in or by phone at +91-8000248181.
Q. How do I add fabric to my shopping bag?
  • To add a fabric to your cart, simply enter the number of meters you want to order. Then click "add to cart" and continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top right corner.
Q. Is there a minimum order size required to place the order?
  • If there is a minimum order size of the fabric, it will be mentioned on the product’s page.
Q. What size are your swatches?
  • The average size of our swatches is 5" x 6" but they may be cut as small as 2" x 4" as well.
Q. I saw a fabric at F-Studio that I loved but now I can't find it on the F-Studio website.
  • We typically send smaller quantities and ends-of-bolts fabrics to our stores. Larger quantities of fabric are divided between the online store and our offline stores. You may have chosen a fabric that had limited quantities and was therefore only available in-store. Although we may have something similar online as well if not the same piece. You can call our stores and ask for a team member to assist you in locating the fabric you have your eye on. The best thing you can do is to purchase that fabric when you first see it online or in-store.
Q. Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?
  • For fabrics above INR 1000, the shipping and delivery is provided free of cost. For particular products, the charges have been mentioned on each product page. The charges may vary depending on the delivery destination.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, COD (Cash on Delivery), Debit Card, Credit Card and Online Transfers.
Q. What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
  • If you like something you see but it is out of touch, you can contact us regarding the fabric's availability date. Please contact care@fstudio.in and we’ll notify you at the earliest.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
  • No, we do not deliver products internationally at this point in time.
Q. How do I check the status of my order?
  • On the F-Studio account, click on your profile and then visit the MY ORDERS page in your account. Next, click on TRACK ORDER to get the real-time status of your order.
Q. Can I change the shipping address for my particular order?
  • If the necessary address change is applicable before dispatch, you can go and place the request to edit the address from the MY ORDERS section by choosing that particular order. If you are still unable to do it, please email at care@fstudio.in or by phone at +91-8000248181.
Q. Will I be informed once my order is processed?
  • Once your order is processed you will receive email notifications for the same. You will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also TRACK ORDER online. Please note tracking information may not be available for all carriers.
Q. How can I find out if F-Studio delivers to my location?
  • You can find out if we deliver to your location by using the courier service ability tool located on the right side of the product on all product pages. F-Studio keeps updating the list of serviceable pin codes. So, if delivery option is not available right now, please come back to see if this has changed.
Q. Why have I not received my order yet?
  • It is possible that due to unforeseen circumstances, your order gets delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. You can always visit the MY ORDERS section in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.
Q. The status on the tracking website shows delivery was attempted but I was not there. Is it possible to get the delivery now?
  • The courier companies usually always make more than one attempt to deliver your order. They will also have your contact number to help better coordination. In case you do not receive your order, please get in touch with us.
Q. What is F-Studio's return policy?
  • We do not accept returns of fabric less than 5 meters as a whole. A fabric cut of more than 5 meters may be exchanged or return for full store credit (minus the shipping charges if any). You can reach us via email at care@fstudio.in or by phone at +91-8000248181 for details.
Q. What is F-Studio's exchange policy?
  • Exchanges are not accepted for fabrics less than 5 meters as a whole. We strongly recommend you order a swatch before you place a fabric order. You can reach us via email at care@fstudio.in or by phone at +91-8000248181 for more details.
Q. How do I place a return/replacement request on Fstudio.in?
  • If you want to return/replace a product on F-Studio please follow these steps:

- Create a return/replacement request online. You can replace the product bought on F-Studio within 7-days of delivery.


- Login to your F-Studio Account and go to MY ORDERS section.


- Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.


- Choose return/replacement option and fill in the required details.


- Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.


Q. How do I place a cancellation request on F-studio.in?
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

- Create a cancellation request online.


- Click on the cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account.


- Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.


- Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.


- Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund any prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.


Q. Can orders be cancelled by F-studio?
  • F-studio reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation, as per the circumstances where the requirement cannot be met. F-studio will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, or any applicable refund will be made within a reasonable time frame.
  • F-studio believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on Return/Replace option in your account/orders page within the mentioned period. We will look at it and get back to you.
Q. I paid cash on delivery; how would I get the refund?
  • If you chose to pay with Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited either in the form of F-Studio points and/or an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:

- Bank Name


- Account Holder Name


- Bank Account Number


- Branch Address


- IFSC Code


Q. How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?
  • We take anywhere between 7-15 days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can either be made in the form of F-Studio Cash (Points) that can be used for your future purchases or can be in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.
Q. How do I set up a Boutique account with F-Studio?
  • You can set up a boutique account by signing in at Fstudio.in or calling our online customer care at +91-8000248181. After a few verifications from our end, we will process your request and register you as a boutique.
Q. Can I buy fabric at Boutique rates from F-Studio?
  • Yes, we make considerations for Boutique purchases that are in large quantities, depending on fabric type.
Q. Do you have a printed catalog of your fabrics and products?
  • Because our inventory is constantly changing, printing catalogs isn't really a practical option for us. Our website, however, is constantly being updated with new fabrics and other products, so we recommend you check back here often for new arrivals in all categories.
Q. Where does your fabric come from? Which designers buy from f-studio ?
  • We work with leading Indian fashion designers like Ms. Neeta Lulla, Ms. Anita Dongre, Ms. Mandira Bedi & more, who are regular clients of F-studio.
Q. What are your online customer service hours?
  • Our online customers service hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00am to 6:00pm IST.

Q. What should I do if a transaction fails?
  • Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please ensure that the information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e., account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Also, check that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates.
